OUR STORY

The interest of our friends, our acquaintances, our corporate clients for whom we organized some of free time activities and programs during their stay in Moldova inspired us to provide authentic trips to our country based on commercial principles.

Through enthusiasm, creativity, flexibility, we have gained thrust among our individual clients, as well as our partners. For 13 years, the company has grown from three to twenty members who are highly professional people. As a travel agency, DMC and event agency, we offer our services to individual visitors, small groups up to 10-12 participants, and large groups from our partner tour operators, for whom we prepare tailor-made programs as well as to event groups that are interested in incentive tours and in MICE services.

Thousands of tourists from 49 countries had confidence in us and chose us for visiting Moldova. In 2014, based on its professionalism, Tatrabis became one of the founders of the National Inbound Tourism Association of Moldova (ANTRIM), which aim is the development of tourism in the country. The experience of our team and the quality of our services are highly appreciated every year.

For the past three years, we have been ranked among the top 3 travel agencies in Moldova. We are proud and honored for being awarded in 2017 the distinction "Best Inbound Tourism Agency from Moldova".

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Leisure tours (for TOs)

Booking conditions
The booking should be confirmed 21 days before the arrival date.

Payment conditions
Payment can be done via bank transfer or by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Master Card).  Payments should be done 100% in advance 15 days prior to arrival day, based on the invoice from the Tour Operator.

Cancellation conditions
Until 15 days prior to the first scheduled arrival date, the whole, or part thereof, of the contracted reservations may be cancelled without penalty.
Between 14 and 8 days prior to the first scheduled arrival date, 30% from the tour package price should be paid as cancellation fee.
Between 7 and 5 days prior to the first scheduled arrival date, 50% from the tour package price should be paid as cancellation fee.
Less than 5 days prior to the first scheduled arrival date, any cancellation will be subject to a penalty to 100% from the tour’s price.
In case of special conditions determined by local services (hotel, air tickets, etc.), these conditions will be established for the tour.

Force Majeure
In case of Force Majeure or pandemic situation, the Tour Operator has the right to cancel the tour in accordance with the provisions of legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Force Majeure cases shall be notified in written form and proved with documents.
No penalties are applied in case of Force Majeure conditions.
If the payment was done before the Force Majeure was established in the country, the Tour Operator will refund 90% of the tour price that was paid.

Leisure tours (private groups, self-guided / OTA / guaranteed departure tours)

Booking conditions
The booking should be confirmed 10 days before the arrival date.

Payment conditions
Payment can be done via bank transfer or by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Master Card). Payments should be done 100% in advance 7 days prior to arrival day, after receiving the invoice from the Tour Operator.

Cancellation conditions
Until 7 days prior to the first scheduled arrival date, the whole, or part thereof, of the contracted reservations may be cancelled without penalty.
Between 7 and 5 days prior to the first scheduled arrival date, 30% from the tour package price should be paid as cancellation fee.
Between 4 and 3 days prior to the first scheduled arrival date, 50% from the tour package price should be paid as cancellation fee.
Less than 3 days prior to the first scheduled arrival date, any cancellation will be subject to a penalty to 100% from the tour’s price.

Force Majeure
In case of Force Majeure or pandemic situation, the Tour Operator has the right to cancel the tour in accordance with the provisions of legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Force Majeure cases shall be notified in written form and proved with documents.

Early Booking Tours for 2024

Booking conditions
The booking of the tour should be confirmed until 90 days before the date of the chosen tour in 2021, and it can be confirmed with an open date.
The dates for the tour can be determined 21 days before the chosen arrival date. The chosen date can be not earlier than 90 days after confirmation.
In case of choosing the date earlier than 90 days after confirmation, 10% discount will not be applied.

Payment conditions
Payment can be done via bank transfer or by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Master Card). Payments should be done 100% in advance until 90 days before the arrival date, based on the invoice from the Tour Operator.

Cancellation conditions
Until 10 days prior to the first scheduled arrival date, the whole, or part thereof, of the contracted reservations may be cancelled with 90% refund from the tour price.
Between 10 and 5 days prior to the first scheduled arrival date, 50% from the tour package price should be paid as cancellation fee.
Less than 5 days prior to the first scheduled arrival date, any cancellation will be subject to a penalty to 100% from the tour’s price.
